How to Apply
How to Apply for the 2026-27 School Year
All applications must be submitted via our online portal. Email us for instructions. The Online application portal for the 2026-27 school year will open in July 2025.
Documents required to apply to our program include the following:
- Fill out the on-line form Canadian Rockies Public Schools Student Application including a passport size photo
- Copy of current school report that is certified by the school as a true copy of the original
- Transcripts of marks for the past year with an official school stamp; this must be in English
- Letter of recommendation from your current teacher
- Character reference to be filled out by an adult non-family member
- Participation Agreement signed by student and parents
- Statement of Health and Mental Health signed by your doctor
- Medical Release Authorization signed by student and parents
- Homestay Placement Form (if applicable)
- Copies of the following: passport, birth certificate, and immunization records
- $275.00 (CDN) non-refundable application fee must be included with the application; this fee can be paid through Convera after the application form is complete
- Please note that all applicable documents must be submitted to be considered
