How to Apply for the 2023-24 School Year

All applications must be submitted via our online portal. Email us for instructions!

Documents required to apply to our program include the following:

Fill out the on-line form Canadian Rockies Public Schools Student Application including a passport size photo
Copy of current school report that is certified by the school as a true copy of the original
Transcripts of marks for the past year with an official school stamp; this must be in English
Letter of recommendation from your current teacher
Character reference to be filled out by an adult non-family member
Participation Agreement signed by student and parents
Statement of Health signed by your doctor
Medical Release Authorization signed by student and parents
Homestay Placement Form (if applicable)
Copies of the following: passport, birth certificate, and immunization records
$275.00 (CDN) non-refundable registration fee must be included with the application; this fee can be paid through Western Union after the application form is complete
Please note that all applicable documents must be submitted to be considered
