One goal of our district focus on instructional excellence has been to define our beliefs about what instructional excellence is. To accomplish this, in 2023/24 we had representatives from each school contribute to a committee tasked to create a Shared Vision of Learning. Our Shared Vision serves to set the framework and definition of how we define teaching and instructional excellence and is to be used in a reflective context (non-evaluative). This vision forms the beliefs about whole child education as defined in our Inspiring Hearts and Minds.
