At its first meeting of the 2024/25 school year on August 28, the CRPS Board of Trustees reviewed several updates, including the adoption of new administrative procedures on personal mobile device use, aligned with Alberta Education’s standards. Trustees discussed the implementation of rules requiring devices to be off or silenced during instructional time for K-12 students, with exceptions for health needs or approved activities.
